Orientation
The Graduate Studies New Student Orientation for Summer and Fall 2025 will be held online through Canvas, the learning management system used at ϳԹ. An in-person Welcome to Campus event will take place on Tuesday, August 19, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
All Department of Music are required for new and continuing students and will be held in person between August 18–22. Students with extenuating circumstances should contact the Coordinator of Graduate Studies (CGS) for their academic program no later than July 30.

Printing, Copying, and Scanning
- Machines are located in Haydn Hall Room 216 and the Denison Hall Music Library.
- All graduate students are welcome to use the scanning function at the machines.
- Printing and copying are available for tasks related to your current roles as Graduate Assistants or Instructors of Record.
Department ID (Copy Code)
- Your Department ID (Copy Code) has been activated and corresponds to the last four digits of your ϳԹ Student ID number.
- You can find your 7-digit Student ID number in .
- Use this code for printing, copying, and scanning.
What About My PIN?
- The “PIN” field is only needed if you are sending a confidential document and want to release it yourself at the machine (so it doesn’t sit out for others).
- Otherwise, you may leave this field blank.
