A Visiting Scholar is a researcher temporarily affiliated with the University as faculty, staff, or a student. The Visiting Scholar's sponsoring University department facilitates access to Kelvin Smith Library resources.

Please complete the following to borrow library materials:

  1. The sponsoring department requests a network ID through the Case Affiliate Request Form.
  2. After the network ID is created, the department completes the Visiting Scholar application.

Once both are successfully completed and confirmation received, Visiting Scholars are able to borrow materials from KSL with their Case ID.

Borrowing privileges for non-ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø patrons may be found on the Alumni and Community page.
