Professor Sharona Hoffman, co-director of the Law-Medicine Center, recently published the article, “Artificial Intelligence and Discrimination in Health Care,” in the Yale Journal of Health Policy Law and Ethics.

When Nicholas Kirsch (LAW ‘19) and Stephanie Farah (LAW ‘18) met in an undergraduate SAGES class in 2011, they formed an immediate and lasting connection.  “He was very smart, of course. And handsome and funny,” said Farah. 

On November 30, the Ohio Supreme Court released the results of the most recent Ohio Bar exam. With a 94 percent Bar pass rate (59 out of 63), ���ϳԹ��� School of Law graduates performed the best out of nine Ohio law schools for first-time takers.  

On Nov. 20-21, two teams of third-year ���ϳԹ��� law students competed in the regional round of the National Moot Court Competition.

Third-year law student Lauryn Durham was recently published in the autumn edition of the Ohio State Bar Association’s “Intellectual Property Law Section” newsletter.   

���ϳԹ��� School of Law is proud to announce four new additions to the Law Alumni Association Board (LAAB), including Mike Gabrail (LAW '14), Anne Lederman Flamm (LAW '95) and David Shall (LAW '83).

For the third year in a row, PreLaw Magazine, a National Jurist publication, awarded ���ϳԹ��� School of Law an “A” ranking in business law, placing it in elite company with law schools

Ranked by Prelaw Magazine as the ninth-best law school in the nation in public interest law, ���ϳԹ��� School of Law has a long history of training graduates who have gone on to serve as distinguished judges, prosecutors and other elected officials in Ohio and beyond.

In 2013, Felipe Gomez was a promising engineering student at ���ϳԹ��� with a big idea – increase fuel efficiency in jet engines through innovative use of plasma in the fuel injection process.

For the last decade, the law school's Fusion program has trained graduate students in law, business, engineering and science to work together as interdisciplinary teams to assess, cultivate and monetize the opportunities underlying promising new ventures in a simulated environment.

Aaron Perzanowski, associate director of the Spangenberg Center for Law, Technology & the Arts, teaches copyright, trademark, and property law. His research on the intersection of intellectual and personal property explores the notion of ownership in a digital economy.
