Law's Juscelino Colares explains that the 22nd Amendment prohibits President Trump from running for a third term


UnivisionJuscelino Colares, the Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Business Law at the School of Law, said the 22nd Amendment, ratified in 1951, limits a person to two terms as U.S. president. It’s this, Colares said, that prohibits President Trump from running for a third term.
