ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has been accredited since 1913 by the Higher Learning Commission, one of the six regional agencies that accredit U.S. colleges and universities at the institutional level.
2025 Accreditation Review
In July 2025, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø earned reaffirmation of its accreditation from the (HLC). ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has been continuously accredited by the HLC since 1913, and this most recent reaffirmation follows a comprehensive review process as part of the commission’s 10-year accreditation cycle. The next comprehensive review will take place in 2034–35.
The university is chartered as an educational institution under the laws of the State of Ohio and holds a Certificate of Authorization from the .
