TRiO Upward Bound
The Upward Bound Program is the oldest of the pre-college programs at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. Established in 1966, the program is designed to prepare low-income and potential first-generation college high school students for successful postsecondary studies. The program is year-round and includes a six-week summer component and a well-developed academic year component.
TRiO Talent Search
The Educational Talent Search (ETS) Project of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø provides free college, career and financial aid information, along with academic tutoring and mentoring, to approximately 500 students each year. ETS identifies and selects students who demonstrate the potential for postsecondary enrollment and provides them with the motivation and support to enroll in a program of postsecondary education (college, university, technical or vocational school) after high school graduation.
