Gross Anatomy Lab Renovation

The Gross Anatomy Lab Renovation project is managed by the Department of Campus Planning & Facilities Management at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. Learn more about the project below.

Construction Manager: Dan Sexton (dxs1153@case.edu)

Location: Ground Floor, Robbins Building

Client: School of Medicine, School of Dental Medicine

Schedule:

  • Project Start: May 2024
  • Projected Completion: October 2025

Financials:

  • Total project cost: $8.0M

Scope of Project: This two-phased project consolidates all the gross anatomy teaching spaces on the ground floor. To enable continued use of the space, half of the project’s footprint (Phase 1) was fully completed and occupied before starting the second half (Phase 2). The work requires a complete renovation of current space as most of the building systems, finishes, and equipment are original to the 1967 construction. While providing critically needed teaching space to both the School of Medicine  and the School of Dental Medicine, this project will also enable future projects on the 3rd floor of Robbins.
