Discover Days is a mandatory program for new and transfer students. Discover Days takes place the week before the spring semester and is designed to help you get acclimated to campus.
It is mandatory for you to attend and participate fully. Those who do not attend will miss out on important and necessary information and activities including, but not limited to:
- Finalizing your schedule of classes with your advisor and understand academic requirements
- Adapting to your residence hall community
- Meeting fellow classmates and returning students
- Learning about the support and resources available to you as a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø student
Important Dates (Spring 2026)
Discover Days 2026 will take place January 7 to January 10, 2026.
Spring 2026 Move-in Dates:
January 7: All new first-year, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø in Madrid students, and transfer and exchange students
If you are arriving from outside the continental U.S. and need to arrange to arrive earlier than January 7 please contact University Housing directly.
January 12: Classes begin
