University Health and Counseling Services and the Office of Multicultural Affairs will collaborate on a Wellness Wednesday event on the topic of healthy sleep. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø students are invited to this engaging conversation on the importance of healthy sleep habits and how those habits can have a positive influence on their grades, and overall health and well-being.
This event will be held Oct. 18 from noon to 1 p.m. in Sears Library Building, Room 409.
