WEWS: Greg Harmon, assistant professor of banking and finance at Weatherhead School of Management, discussed the recent stock market plunge. “That's really what's happening now is that the market participants and the Federal Reserve are trying to get clarity as to what the future path is of the economy and of interest rates,” he said. “And if we get that, once we finally get that, we'll probably see a turnaround in the marketplace and that we'll see equity markets start to bounce."
