Marilyn S. Mobley, vice president for inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity, recently co-wrote a piece for Insight into Diversity with Michele Minter, vice provost for institutional equity and diversity at Princeton University.
In their piece, Mobley and Minter reflected on a recent standing-room-only talk they gave at the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education conference about opportunities for diversity officers to fundraise for their institutions.
Titled “,” the piece covered the reasons why some diversity offices are underfunded and how diversity officers can go about fundraising effectively.
