The Commencement Office is looking for dependable students and employees to help make commencement 2022 a special and memorable day for graduates and their families. Volunteers will facilitate commencement Sunday, May 15.
Student volunteers who live on campus are eligible for a housing extension through Monday, May 16, paid for by the Commencement Office. Student volunteers must sign up on the by Friday, April 22, in order to receive a housing extension.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and complete the commencement .
Volunteers should be prepared to report for their shift no later than Sunday, May 15, at 6:30 a.m. Details on assigned positions will be provided during a mandatory meeting Friday, May 13, at 4 p.m. at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
