The Commencement Office is looking for dependable students and employees to help make commencement 2019 a special and memorable day for graduates and their families. Consider volunteering with the Commencement Office Sunday, May 19.
Student volunteers who live on campus are eligible for a housing extension through Monday, May 20, paid for by the Commencement Office. Student volunteers must sign up online by completing the by Tuesday, April 30, in order to receive a housing extension.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and register online by completing the commencement .

Volunteers should be prepared to report for their shift no later than 6:30 a.m. Sunday, May 19. Details on assigned positions will be provided during a mandatory meeting Friday, May 17, at 4 p.m. at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
