The Commencement Office is looking for dependable students and employees to help make commencement 2018 a special and memorable day for graduates and their families. Volunteers will facilitate commencement Sunday, May 20.
Student volunteers who live on campus are eligible for a housing extension through Monday, May 21, paid for by the Commencement Office. Student volunteers must sign up on the by Friday, April 27, in order to receive a housing extension.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and complete the .
Volunteers should be prepared to report for their shift no later than 6:30 a.m. Sunday, May 20. Details on assigned positions will be provided during a mandatory meeting Friday, May 18, at 4 p.m. at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
