The Commencement Office is looking for dependable ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø employees and students to help make commencement 2017 a special and memorable day for our graduates and their families. Please consider volunteering with the Commencement Office Sunday, May 21.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and complete the .
Student volunteers who live on-campus are eligible for a housing extension through Monday, May 22, paid for by the Commencement Office. Student volunteers must sign up on the by Friday, April 28, in order to receive a housing extension.
Volunteers should be prepared to arrive no later than 6:30 a.m. Sunday, May 21. Details on your assigned position will be provided during a mandatory meeting at 4 p.m. Friday, May 19, at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
