The Connor Integrative Medicine Network at University Hospitals will offer its yoga classes at a discounted price for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø employees, students and volunteers. There will be two yoga classes offered.
The gentle hatha yoga class incorporates breathing and meditative practices along with standing, seated and reclining poses. The four-week series will be held Thursdays from Aug. 8 through Aug. 29, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital Community Room.
The hatha yoga class focuses on building strength and flexibility through a variety of yoga poses. It runs Tuesdays from Aug. 6 through Aug. 27, from 6 to 7 p.m. in Lerner Tower 2060. (Exceptions: The Aug. 20 class will be in Rainbow Babies & Children’s Community Room, and the Aug. 27 class will be in in Bolwell Building A.)
All four-week series are $40 for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and UH employees and volunteers. Call 216.767.8435 to register.
