Students in ºÚÁϳԹÏ꿉۪s Fundamentals of Global Health course recently completed a project that evaluated the ability for generative artificial intelligence (AI) to meet the expectations of graduate students.
Peter Zimmerman, professor of pathology at the School of Medicine, oversaw their work, which involved comparing 28 students’ original research papers with papers generated by ChatGPT-40. The students found some strengths in ChatGPT, but also many limitations.
