A free roller-skating party inside the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland is being held on Saturday, June 22, from noon to 5 p.m., to celebrate clean water on the 50th anniversary of the Cuyahoga River fire.
Special guests at the event include Burning River Roller Derby Girls and Rollin Buckeyez Foundation. A $5 skate rental is available, with proceeds benefiting the Great Lakes Burning River Foundation.
The event will also feature Go Racers and the chance to race your friends around a track set up on Toby's Plaza. (Go Racers are battery-powered scooters; riders must meet height and weight restrictions.)
During the event you'll learn more about clean water initiatives happening all throughout Northeast Ohio.
