ϳԹ School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Excellence will host its next Virtual Inclusive Talks and Lecture Series (VITALS) event Wednesday, Nov. 15, from noon to 1 p.m.
Allison Empey, assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Doernbecher Hospital and Oregon Health & Science University and deputy director of the Northwest Native American Center, will present “Redefining Indigenous Health Equity: Breaking Barriers, Building Beauty, and Restoring Culture.”
VITALS consists of 60-minute inclusive talks, lectures and in-person presentations to expand the commitment and promote dialogues at the School of Medicine and in the community.
This event is free, but registration is required.
