The Graduate Student Sustainability Council encourages graduate and professional students to come to Relay for Life on Saturday, April 18, and bring plastics bags to recycle to Grad Hour from 6 to 7 p.m. The plastic bags will be upcycled and used as plarn (plastic yarn) to make usable items and crafts.
Those who bring a recyclable bag will receive a voucher for a free tote bag for Earth Day.
