About the webinar
There are a lot of reasons why a conversation can be difficult. Maybe it's a topic that makes you uncomfortable. Maybe you're worried about how the other person will react. Maybe you're angry, hurt or frustrated. But all of us will have to navigate difficult conversations at some point or another, so what can we do to prepare for them? In this 60-minute webinar, participants will begin by looking at what's at the heart of difficult conversations and then review different techniques on how to make them as productive as possible.
