This course will be based on The Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook and No. 1 New York Times bestseller, My Beef With Meat.
Lunch to Launch 7-Day Challenge with Tips and Tricks for a Successful Week

Plant-based Pot Luck and Community Support Resource Discussion with Challenge Biometric Results
