One to One Fitness and Bon Appétit Management Co. will host a free outdoor cooking demo led by Tony Smoody, executive chef at Michelson and Morley.
The event will take place Thursday, June 28, from noon to 1 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center’s Outdoor Amphitheater. Smoody will teach participants how to make a vegan meal, including a “shrooben” (mushroom Reuben sandwich), tofu aioli and avocado soup.
In the case of inclement weather, the event will be held in the Student Organization Center at Tinkham Veale University Center.
