One to One Fitness Center will host its annual free open house cookout Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., or while food lasts.
At the cookout, there will be:
- Food by Bon Appétit Management Co.;
- Chair massages;
- Stress relief with local rescue organizations and adoptable pets;
- Music by DJ Tech (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø police department’s Cpl. Rodney Jordan);
- A raffle; and
- Vendors.
Attendees can learn about how One to One Fitness Center can help them maintain positive physical and mental health during the school year.
