New Health Trails program kicks off Monday

Improve your fitness and enjoy healthy competition with co-workers by participating in Health Trails, a 12-week exercise incentive program. All benefits-eligible faculty and staff are welcome to join in the fun of Health Trails, which encourages 30 minutes of physical activity five days a week. Compete on your own or on a team. Not only will participants have a chance to win great prizes like a FitBit Flex or a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø workout bag, but this program also meets the physical activity requirement for participants in the 2016 Wellness Program. and participants can start logging minutes on Monday, Feb. 15.
