The Connor Integrative Medicine Network continues to offer meditation classes to ϳԹ employees, students and volunteers at a discounted rate.
The Mediation 102 class will be held Mondays, Aug. 6-27, from noon to 1 p.m. in Bolwell Health Center Building B conference room at University Hospitals Case Medical Center.
The monthlong series focuses on developing positive relationships through meditation.
The class is $40 for those affiliated with ϳԹ and $60 for the public.
