WKYC: Ted Parran, the Isabel and Carter Wang Professor and chair of medical education at the School of Medicine, explained that ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø was among only a handful of medical schools nationally that began teaching substance-use disorders to medical students back in the 1990s.
