USA Today: Elma Baron, professor at the School of Medicine and director of the Skin Study Center, said there are some unwanted changes that happen in the skin after a bad night’s sleep, noting one of her recent studies that showed a connection between poor sleep and skin aging. Sleep-deprived women had indicators of premature aging, such as fine lines and uneven pigmentation.
