WKYC: Dan Flannery, director of the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education, discussed police department procedures after the Akron Police Department announced the return to work of eight officers who had been on unpaid leave for more than three months because of their involvement in the shooting death of Jayland Walker. The officers have been reassigned to desk duty.
