cleveland.com: Debbie Wilber, assistant director and research associate for the National Initiative on Mixed-Income Communities at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, was member of the team who submitted the HUD application as part of a newly approved $35 million federal effort to demolish and redevelop a public housing complex in the Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood.
