: David Miller, an associate professor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, offered his perspective on why such a disparity exists between Black and white Cuyahoga County residents who get the COVID-19 vaccine. Black residents who already received their shots play an important role in convincing others to do the same, he said.
