黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 employee assistance provider (EAP), IMPACT Solutions (now part of All One Health), created a Member Portal video to introduce its EAP website and what all is available.
Those who would like to set up an account can follow the below steps:
- Go to
- On the top right, select 鈥淢ember Portal & App鈥 and log in using your account username and password.
- Enter 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 company code (cwrueap) and select 鈥淣ext鈥.
- Enter your 黑料吃瓜网 email address and select 鈥淣ext鈥.
- Create a username. It is not the same as your email address, however, for ease you may want to use your network ID (abc123) as your username. Then, select 鈥淪ubmit鈥.
- Check your email for a message from info@mylifeexpert.com. Enter the 5-character code from the email in the box. Then, select 鈥淰erify Your Code鈥.
- Create a password. Your password must be at least eight characters and can be any combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Enter your password again in the 鈥淩epeat Password鈥 field and select 鈥淪ubmit鈥.
- You will be directed to a login page. Log in using your username and password.
IMPACT Solutions is available to faculty and staff at no cost.
