The campus community is invited to the next Friday Public Affairs Discussion Group event for a look at public and university policies regarding health care.
The event, led by Elizabeth R. Click, university medical director and assistant professor of nursing, will be titled "The Pursuit of Wellness - ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's New Wellness Program." It will take place Friday, Feb. 28, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Dampeer Room of Kelvin Smith Library.
The discussion will focus on ways in which businesses and universities encourage healthy behavior to limit health-care expenses and maximize work performance.
Since 1989, faculty, emeriti, students and staff have gathered on Fridays for a brown-bag lunch and to discuss topics in public affairs.
