ϳԹ’s Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences invites the community to talk about current affairs in the nonprofit sector with one of Cleveland’s most esteemed philanthropic leaders: Steven Minter (SAS ’63, HON ’89), former president and executive director of the Cleveland Foundation.

Titled “Leadership & Legacy: A Conversation with Steven Minter, MSSA,” this event will be held Thursday, April 25, at 5:30 p.m. in the Mandel Center for Community Studies, Room 115.
Minter will share his unique take on the nonprofit landscape in Cleveland and thoughts on leading and managing nonprofits, developing public-private partnerships, career pathways, the future of nonprofits and philanthropy, and more.
About the speaker
Minter is a 1963 graduate of the Mandel School and serves as executive-in-residence and fellow at the Center for Nonprofit Policy & Practice in the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. In 2018, he was honored by ϳԹ through the Trailblazer Project, a campuswide initiative to honor alumni of color and women who have made significant contributions in their professions, community and the university.
