Hahn Professor of Law and co-director of the Law-Medicine Center and Ellen Van Oosten, an associate professor of organizational behavior in the Weatherhead School of Management, commented on how striking a healthy work-life balance under normal circumstances is challenging, but especially so for many the many people now working from home during the coronavirus pandemic, causing the lines between home and work to further blur.
