WEWS: After the death of a fleeing suspect in a high-speed police chase in Akron, Michael Benza, professor of practice at the School of Law, weighed in on public concern around such chases. “But, it's the person who should be stopping that is the one that's causing this problem,” said Benza. “If they just pull over when we turn on the lights, we don't have a problem.”
