WEWS: Michael Benza, senior instructor of law, discussed the criminal case of a Berea man charged for allegedly groping his step-daughter while she was in school online late last month. A teacher at the school witnessed what happened and notified police—exactly what she was supposed to do under Ohio's mandatory reporting rules, Benza said.
