Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, noted that conservatives are fighting abortion rights initiatives that voters overwhelmingly approved in states such as Ohio, Michigan and Kansas. “Neither side is going to give up—at least in the short term,” he said. “I would be surprised if Ohio did not have some kind of effort in the next two years to roll back what we just approved.”
