Law's Jonathan Entin suggests changes in how Supreme Court justices show themselves to public

Washington ExaminerJonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law and adjunct professor of political science, suggested that while Supreme Court justices shouldn't be “cloistered” from the public, they can't shield themselves from how some critics might see their social interactions. “At a time when many people regard Supreme Court justices as politicians in robes, why do things that reinforce those suspicions?” Entin said.
