WCPO: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed an Ohio Supreme Court decision ruling that firing warning shots can be considered “self-defense.” Entin noted that the case isn’t really about guns, but instead about asserting self-defense.
