Law's Jonathan Entin discusses long-term effects of corruption charges against former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder

WEWSJonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, said the state corruption charges against former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder carry significant weight with long-term implications. "So, getting a conviction on a state charge, that would permanently disqualify Householder from office,” Entin said. “It would effectively guarantee that he could never again serve in public office. And I think that that may be part of what's driving the state prosecution.”
