Newsweek: Ilya Shapiro, the director of the Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies at the Cato Institute, opined that Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and the Coleman P. Burke Center for Environmental Law, should be added to the list of possible U.S. Supreme Court nominees.
