Law’s Jessie Hill discussed Ohio’s temporary abortion ban block

Ohio Public Radio: Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, said that an amendment added to Ohio’s constitution by voters in 2011—as an anti-Obamacare measure—which she said related to a right to privacy. And that could help the case to overturn the state’s abortion ban. “Our equivalent of the federal constitutional language that recognizes the right to privacy is a little bit broader than the federal language," she said.
