Kutik, who currently serves as board president of Ohio Legal Help, explained how the tool was developed with low-income populations in need of legal assistance in mind. The site is also equipped with a “safety exit” button, which allows users to instantly save their progress and redirect to a different page in case their abuser is in the area.
