WKYC: Cathy Lesser Mansfield, senior instructor at the School of Law, discussed a rash of credit card “skimming” crimes in Northeast Ohio. "It's concerning for us, for consumers,” she said, “because depending on what payment system you use, it may be hard to get the money back…From a societal perspective, it skims a lot of money off of the financial system, and these crooks are getting away with the money."
