WEWS: Ayesha Bell Hardaway, co-director of the Social Justice Institute, director of the Social Justice Law Center and an assistant professor at the School of Law, commented on a new Ohio law, saying changes to the state’s existing “stand your ground” policy allows people to pull the trigger based on subjective fear, which can invite in racial bias.
