WEWS: Atiba Ellis, the Laura B. Chisholm Distinguished Research Scholar and professor of law, said that now that voters have passed Issue 1 passed in Ohio, abortion law will likely go back to where it was pre-Roe. That means abortion would be allowed until 22 weeks.
