Cleveland Scene: Andrew Geronimo, the director of the First Amendment Clinic at the School of Law, discussed Cleveland City Council’s prohibition of enforcing most of its original public comment policies under a temporary restraining order. The law school filed a federal lawsuit against the council last month contending it violated a resident’s First Amendment rights by cutting off his microphone during a September meeting.
