Join Kelvin Smith Library for an evening with ϳԹ alumni and student activists for the opening of “The Jewish View at ϳԹ” exhibit.
The opening reception will be held Monday, Nov. 7, at 6 p.m. in Kelvin Smith Library Special Collections.
The exhibit features images, clippings, yearbooks and ephemera related to the ϳԹ Jewish perspective during the socio-political changes of 1967-1973.
“The Jewish View at ϳԹ” is a multi-year, collaborative project that aims to uncover the historical role of Jewish students, faculty and administrators at ϳԹ from its founding to the present. The exhibit will be on view through March 2017.
The program in Judaic studies and the Freedman Center for Digital Scholarship support the project.
