Members of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø community are invited to join the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women for an introduction of It's On ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, the newly centralized violence prevention campaign. The mission of It's On ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is to unify our community's effort to disrupt the culture of violence through a visual marketing initiative, evidence-informed education, survivor support, and community investment. This campaign launch is the first step in our continued commitment to a safe environment for all people at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
This virtual introductory session will be held Wednesday, Aug. 31, from noon to 12:30 p.m. There will be a 20-minute presentation followed by a Q&A session.
Content warning: Although this workshop focuses on and highlights of the violence prevention campaign, various topics that may be impactful to some participants will be discussed. Topics include harassment, stalking, sexual harassment and/or abuse. Resources and support for anyone impacted by these topics will be reviewed. Participants are encouraged to be aware of their needs and space when attending this workshop.
